You guys know I love me some old cars. So, I’m just going to put it out there: One day I will own an aqua car. Something early 1960s and wonderful. With shiny chrome and a killer dash. And great big lights and bucket seats.
One day… hopefully not too far off in the future. I’m definitely keeping my eyes peeled. And I’m a big believer in putting it out there.

I wish I could find a picture of my Dad’s (your Papaw’s) old Ford Falcon station wagon! He loved that thing. We had a light (kind of pea) green one first in the early to mid 60′s and then he had a pale yellow one in the 70′s. He was a “Ford Man” most of his life.
My first car was a cherry red 1960 Ford Falcon– but my favorite was a 1976 Ford Mustang convertible with a Cleveland engine…I adored that car– but when we moved across country it just wasn’t well enough to make the trip & I couldn’t afford to haul it…sigh…today’s cars just aren’t as sexy as they used to be!

i was once the very proud owner of a 1964 chevy nova in aqua blue. my boyfriend at the time owned a two tone powder blue and white 1964 ford falcon. we traded cars all the time and what fun it was to drive each one. very easy to maintain if you know basic mechanics. good luck finding your dream car!
